There is a section in the ordering process to let me know if you would like your book autographed, so please indicate if you would like a signed copy.
I respect your privacy as I'm sure you respect mine. Your shipping address and e-mail address gathered for shipping the book to you will be held in the strictest of confidence. I will not provide that information to any other source. The financial information you enter through PayPal is not seen by me in any form as PayPal processes the financial end of these transactions in their secure environment. All I see is a shipping address once your payment has cleared. I only ship to United States addresses, and there is no charge for shipping, though free shipping applies to orders of 3 or fewer books.
